Meet Jason, known as ‘Mr High Energy’ in the The Valuable Community! His journey has been nothing short of extraordinary since he joined in March 2023.

Jason jumped right in, diving headfirst into the community's online meet-ups. Connecting with like-minded individuals and expanding his professional network became second nature to him. It was through these interactions that he crossed paths with Johnoi, an inspiring Secondary School Head of Year.

That encounter turned out to be a turning point for Jason. With Johnoi's support and guidance, he landed his first speaking gig, addressing Year 9 and Year 10 students in the heart of South London. Standing before these eager young minds, Jason shared his journey as an IT Service Desk Analyst at Chelsea FC, effortlessly linking his IT expertise to their curriculum. His words ignited a spark within the students and staff, while also playing a pivotal role in driving the school's progress on the Gatsby Benchmarks of Good Career Guidance.

But hold on, that's not all. Fuelled by the incredible resources and wisdom of The Valuable Community, he became the School Governor at Stanhope Primary School. And get this—it only took him three months to step into that important role!
